Whether you're choosing your first Squarespace template, need a little help getting started, or want to make a design your own, I'd love to hear from you.

Template Twist is run by an independent website designer, so when you get in touch, you're speaking directly to the person behind the templates.

FAQs

  • Not at all. My templates are designed to be beginner-friendly and easy to customise using Squarespace’s visual editor - no coding required. You’ll also receive a guide to help you customise your template and get your website ready to launch.

  • You’ll receive the complete Squarespace 7.1 website template, including the pages, layouts and design shown in the live demo, along with a PDF guide to help you customise your website. Images and demo content can be replaced with your own.

  • During purchasing, you’ll provide the email address associated with your Squarespace account. Your template will be transferred to you as a new Squarespace website and you’ll receive an email invitation from Squarespace to accept it.

  • Your template will be transferred within 24 hours of purchase. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive an invitation from Squarespace giving you access to your new website.

  • Yes. The template is completely customisable. You can change the colours, fonts, images, text and other design elements to suit your own brand.

  • Absolutely. The demo content shows one way the design can be used, but you're free to replace the wording, images, services and pages to suit a completely different business or niche.

  • Yes. All templates are designed to be responsive and include layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile. You can also make adjustments within Squarespace to fine-tune how your content appears on different screen sizes.

  • Yes. Each template has a live demo so you can explore the design, pages and overall experience before you buy. Select View Live Demo on the product page to take a look.

  • Yes, you can purchase a template to create a website for a client. However, one template purchase/licence is valid for one finished website only. You'll need to purchase another licence if you'd like to use the same template for another client.

  • No. Each purchase includes a licence for one website only. If you'd like to use the same design for another business, website or client, you'll need to purchase another licence.

  • Eventually, yes - Squarespace hosting is separate from your Template Twist purchase. However, your template comes with an extended 6-month Squarespace trial, so you have plenty of time to customise your website before choosing a paid plan.

  • Yes. When you're ready to launch, you'll receive 25% off your first year of Squarespace when choosing an eligible annual plan. The discount is automatically applied when you upgrade through your template - there's no discount code to enter.

  • You can connect a domain you already own or purchase one through Squarespace. Eligible annual Squarespace plans also include a free custom domain for the first year, so you may not need to purchase one separately.

  • Squarespace templates are transferred to you as a new website rather than installed directly onto your existing site. If you'd like to keep your current Squarespace website, domain and account setup, you can purchase my Template Installation add on service and I'll recreate the template on your existing site for you.

  • Yes. If you love the template but don't want to customise everything yourself, you can add my Template Personalisation service. I'll personalise your chosen Template Twist design using your branding, content, images and requirements so it's ready for you to take over.

  • Once you've purchased, I'll prepare and transfer your template to the Squarespace email address you provide. You'll receive an invitation to accept the website, along with instructions to help you start customising it. Your 6-month trial gives you time to get everything ready before upgrading and launching.

  • Yes. You're not limited to the pages included in the demo. You can add new pages, remove ones you don't need and duplicate existing layouts to create additional content while keeping the design consistent.

  • No. Template Twist designs cannot be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for multiple websites or offered as templates by another designer. Your purchase gives you a licence to use the design for one finished website.

  • Because website templates are digital products that are transferred to your Squarespace account, purchases are non-refundable once the template has been delivered. Please explore the live demo and read the product information before purchasing, and get in touch if you're unsure whether a template is right for you.
