Before I get started, I'll need a few details about your business and how you'd like your chosen template personalised.

You'll also need to send me your website text, images and logo using the instructions below.
Don't worry about formatting everything perfectly - I'll take care of adding your content and making sure it looks professional within your chosen template.
Please note: Your customisation includes personalising the existing template design and pages included in your purchase, rather than creating a completely new website.
What you'll need to send me
Alongside completing the customisation form, I'll need your website text, logo, images and any other relevant content. Please send these directly through Etsy Messages so everything stays organised with your order.
How to send your content
Send your files through Etsy Messages
Simply reply to my welcome message on Etsy with your website content and files. You can send multiple messages if needed. I'll keep everything organised alongside your order.
1. Your website text
Take a look through your purchased template's live demo and provide the text you'd like included on each page.
- Clearly label which page or section each piece of text belongs to.
- Include your headings, introductions, service descriptions, pricing, FAQs, testimonials and any other relevant content.
- Let me know if you'd like to keep any of the existing demo text.
You can prepare your content in a Word document, Google Doc or paste your text directly into Etsy Messages.
If you're using Google Docs, please share a link through Etsy Messages and make sure I have permission to view the document.
2. Your logo
Please send your business logo through Etsy Messages.
If you have different versions of your logo, feel free to include these too.
Don't have a logo? No problem - I can display your business name as text instead.
3. Your website images
Please send the photographs and images you'd like included on your website.
- Attach your images directly to Etsy Messages where the file type and size are supported.
- If you have lots of photographs or larger files, you can share a Google Drive or Dropbox folder link through Etsy Messages.
- Clearly name your images or let me know which pages or sections you'd like them used in.
- Let me know if you'd prefer to keep any of the existing demo images, where their continued use is permitted.
If sharing a Google Drive or Dropbox folder, please make sure I have permission to view and download the files.
4. Any other relevant content
Depending on your business and chosen template, you might also need to provide:
- Testimonials or customer reviews
- Team member details or biographies
- Service descriptions and prices
- Frequently asked questions
- Portfolio or gallery photographs
- Downloadable resources or documents
- Other content for your existing template pages
You only need to provide information relevant to your purchased template.
Before sending
Please try to send all your content together where possible. This helps avoid delays and keeps the customisation process running smoothly.
Please keep all order-related questions, feedback and revision requests within Etsy Messages so everything stays organised in one place.
Your purchase includes personalising the existing template with your supplied content and branding. Full copywriting, additional pages, major redesigns and advanced integrations are not included unless separately agreed.
Once I've received your completed form and all your content, I'll review everything and be in touch through Etsy Messages about the next steps.
